What will be the in-hand salary??? KGS
Tata Consultancy - in hand salary ?
I asked TCS for a salary renegotiation, they agreed and they sent the new salary breakup, But they are not sending the revised offer letter, Whenever I ask them they are saying it's in the clearance process you'll receive shortly.
But my date of joining is on Monday, HR is telling me to join & they'll send the updated offer letter within 7 days of my joining, can we trust these words, Has anyone faced a similar situation?Tata Consultancy

Your firm pays overtime and 70k for someone who’s been working full time for 2.5 years is right around average
Not time and a half or anything! But after 80 hours overtime, we start getting paid our regular rate

If you end up making 70k then you are average pay for that experience. I was gonna say if it’s really 56k, you need to escape ASAP
Get out of that small place they’re taking advantage of you for that salary
Making 25% more after 2.5 years is reasonable. The real question is why are you or this other person taking $48-$56K as CPAs when you’re probably worth double that
Without a CPA probably not but with one you can definitely make $100K as a new hire at the right place
% wise that shows you had decent raises your first two years. As a percentage over a first year salary, that sounds about right.
I started at 53k
