I just received an invite to Cornell’s LEAD event… is it a standard interview or something extended to only a subset of applicants? And is anyone who has done one willing to share their experience?

Indecisive about relocating to Bangalore and applying for a relocation to Kolkata instead. I am a fresher who joined at the beginning of this year (staffed in project) and my base location is Bangalore,2days wfo. The primary reason to move to Kolkata being the cheaper cost of living. FOMO the life/culture in Bangalore and job opportunities there, are the reasons why I haven't asked for a location change yet. I anyways plan on moving to Bangalore once I can afford it. What would be a better pick?

How soon is too soon to leave a job? I applied for a bunch of different positions at once and accepted the best offer I received after interviewing. Fast forward three months and one of the companies that didn’t answer me initially reached out with an offer that is $75k higher than what I’m making in my current job. Feels really hard to pass the offer up but I don’t want everyone here to hate me…

I am currently an HR Generalist who has come into a non-profit to build their HR processes. We have around 30 staff members. I was having a discussion with leadership and they said they’d like to move away from the formal interview process and into more of a "conversation/informal" interview. I have concerns about informal interviews and lack of scoring, etc. Anyone else approach this?
