LEAD is an interview day of “observing you work in teams on exercises with other applicants” for consideration of the Roy H Park Fellowship. I’m not sure if it’s something you can really prepare/practice like a typical interview. The Park fellowship is a full tuition scholarship and leadership training for full-time 2-year MBAs. It’s intended to attract high achieving individuals, many who could likely be choosing between Cornell and a higher tiered school (ClearAdmit has profiled this situation. If you get an invite, according to current students, you’re essentially guaranteed scholarship, even if not the Park Fellowship. Note (for folks reading this who applied to Cornell and didn’t get a lead invite) , you can still get $$ without getting a Lead invite.
Thanks!

For Park candidates. It's used also as a marketing event for the school. During your interview, tell them you won't attend Johnson w/o scholarship (Park or other $$) due to other school offers. If you plan to go regardless of scholarship, you won't get anything.
