Very low I’m assuming EY or mid tier
I’ll counter 120k. And then negotiate down
Sounds low. I'm at 90k as an associate, but that's HCOL. I think seniors are closer to 110+
Y’all hiring? 🌚
Reasonable if home grown but as an experienced hire that’s quite low. I would push for a 105 min
Definitely not home grown. They have not had to invest a lot of money in me lol.
That is low, I received an entry level advisory position at 82k
Defiantly seems low to me
That really low…
Very low IMO. I live in MCOL (TX) and for context PwC offered me 85k for A3 (would have been 105k once promoted to S1 IIRC), EY offered 90k for S1. That was last fall and salaries have gone up again since then. Think PwC cohort in my area is up to 112k for a S1.
Really lowwwwww.
I'm now recently ex-Big 4, still working in consulting as an Advisory Senior 1 (2.5YOE total). HCOL $120k, I think that below $100k is too low no matter COL
Did you apply directly through the firm/LinkedIn or via a recruiter? It can affect salary / sign on bonus.
What service line in advisory? I know we pay around $100k for senior associates entering from audit.
