I just received an offer for an advisory senior role at 85k in a MCOL market. I have 5 years of experience (4 busy seasons), and 2 years at a large public company. Does this seem appropriate? I am a top performer, and this does not hit my expectations.

It has been impossible to build a good relationship with my manager, he isn’t transparent with me and never provides any constructive feedback so I have no idea how I’m performing. I’m a new grad working in FDD and I’m trying to decide if becoming a CPA is worth it. I do not plan on staying in accounting in the future. I’m more interested in strategy work. I certainly do not want to do Audit. Would you recommend getting the CPA considering my career aspirations? Do you think it’s worth it? If not, what is the best way to use my time efficiently?
