Hi! Regardless of you receiving your MBA (Congrats!!!), you should always negotiate an offer. The MBA may not be a factor but what have you done. Just say...."I was expecting to receive XXX. Can the organization meet this request?" Ask what you are worth! Wish you and the recruiter would have discussed this earlier. Good luck!
Seconding. It's hard to negotiate based on something you don't quite have yet. Do so based on your current credentials and experience. Research salaries in your area for comparison and ask for what you're worth.
