With compensation being similar (Atlassian higher due to some stock options), do you think having Atlassian on your resume/work experience helps down the road in your career if I were to make a company change.

Hello All, I am looking for base salary for Sr Manager Medical Affairs Healthcare Innovation Technology (HIT) for imaging. I have 12 yoe and looking to be competitive with negotiating salary.

I’ve built a reputation I’m proud of @ my company. I’m underpaid for what I do (started as an intern) & recently asked for a market adjustment. Management acknowledged that I’m undervalued & plans to set me up for a promotion. It’d come with more responsibility, which doesn’t align with my goals.

Is it wise for me to remain open to a promotion just for increased pay? Or should I be transparent with management about my goals (& possibly not get the pay I’m asking for)? Or any other tips?
