I’m interviewing at Amazon Eu for a L6 nontechnical role. Total ball park range they gave was $75k. Is this low for EU/Spain?

Worked in Genpact for 4.7 yrs in customer support domain and last 1yr I worked as a TL, but on paper it was process developer (PD), our process had that option. My CTC was 3.06 LPA
Now Infosys offered the role of L3 process specialist (one level down to TL) with CTC 6 LPA. I'm done with my onboarding and all other formalities in Infy on 12th August.
Now today TCS is calling and saying I have been selected for TL role itself with a package of 7 LPA.

please suggest if I should leave Infy now.

I had my Assessor interview this past week and received a pre-screening questionnaire that asked about dual citizenship status. Because I don't even have a passport for the country I am a dual citizen for, I didn't even think about the possibile complications this could lead to with my application. I applied through a career fair at school and didn't see the citizenship requirements, so I guess that's on me.

How do you deal with microaggression at work? I am in-house, the only poc on my team. Haven't been here long, but the manager keeps second-guessing my input. Recently an internal client called manager to complain about an issue I wouldn't approve. Without verifying, manager asks if I may have misunderstood the client. When I explained the real issue, you could tell manager was thinking of ways to justify clients position, even though it deviates from what I was told is SOP. Annoying!
