I just started interm. fasting, 7pm to noon. I'm already feeling a mental change + less sugar intake. For best results is it recommended to do IF every day or alternate in some way?

I like to mix in longer term fasts with shorter term. So 24-36 hours fast, then a few days of only 16 hour fasts

Your body will get used to it. Mix it up occasionally but stay consistent for the most part

I just wanna say that my head feels better since I take lion's mane extract. I stopped zoning out, I have less narrations in my head simultaneously. I can actually do tasks on almost time. If someone wants to try, it's mandatory to take vitamin c with it. It's a life changer for me. I wanted to share it.

Hi Ladies, I’m 31 yrs old I‘m in birth control right now and will be starting Stims from 08/29 as part of IVF treatment. This is my first time IVF, all my results are normal but due to male factor had to go with IVF, and my insurance is not covering for my drug:Follistim-900 unit Pen/Gonal-F, my doctor prescribed Follistim. So I was doing price match for both in Freedom fertility and Village Pharmacy. I see Follistim is costing $2741 and Gonal-F is $847(due to some discount), which is best one?

Took my 2 year old daughter to the dentist and she found 4 cavities. We’ve been teaching her to brush her teeth before bed & after meals(unsuccessfully) so far.
She’s needs sdf treatment according to the dentist, any suggestions on how to move after the treatment as it leaves black coverage on the teeth. (She’s too young for crowns and what not)

How many days is an acceptable amount to tell your team you are having a hard time working due to illness? I have the flu and every time I try to work for more than 10 minutes I feel like I’m going to collapse. I haven’t been so sick in years. Always felt like my peloton bike wasn’t calibrated well but after moving homes the issue is much worse.
