I keep binge eating at night. How can I stop this?

The first question I'd ask you is whether you are genuinely hungry or just stressed out at the time. I would believe your case is the latter so I would agree with the comment above about drinking a lot of water.
Have some gum, candy or whatever keeps your mouth active and not eating

Peppermint soda water is incredible. Drinking a lot of water will make you feel sick if you eat a lot of food so chug the h20 and maybe try taking a melatonin or sleepy tea. This isn’t a great recommendation for your health, but my juul also really helps me not to snack.

Chew gum

Read The Diet Fix! It’s all about making sure you eat enough in the day so you won’t want to binge at night. It’s not a fad diet book it’s all about undoing the damage of diet culture.

I learned how to knit. Keeping my hands busy really helped distract me from eating. And chew gum or brush your teeth right after dinner

My depression and anxiety have been an insane roller coaster recently. Has anyone here taken a pay cut because of mental health? I work in a very dysfunctional environment with a manager who can be despotic and unnecessarily harsh - and I am tired of it. I have been interviewing with a small company who seems to have nicer management but pay 20% less. And I am just about to jump ship.
