I keep failing interviews because I’m not structured /crisp / polished enough (despite the creativity, insights and “intrinsics” being there) - has anyone else struggled with this? How did you overcome it? Has anyone used any communication coaches?

Reading through some possible interview questions for FAANG. One of the ones I've seen on Glassdoor are to design a basic architecture structure for something like Netflix or Twitter or Spotify. I've been researching online using AWS or GCP (still learning all the moving parts of architecture). Any advice on how the setup would be? I'm assuming you'd start with some Load Balancers. For Netflix maybe have different different APIs for signing up vs scrolling through possible movies?

Been about a week on 20 mg Adderall XR and I've never peed so much in my life. I'm seriously peeing like every hour. Is this a normal side effect? Will it go away? 🥲

On 15mg adderall xr daily for ~1yr. When I’m consistent with it, i notice i lose things less and am a bit more organized, but don’t feel more energized/focused. Should i try something else?

Does anyone here believe or has been diagnosed with comorbid BPD (borderline personality disorder)? If so, what did you do or would recommend to manage your life with this disorder? I seem to exhibit several symptoms and will definitely speak to a shrink soon. Here to get more perspective and some helpful tips.

I’ve been taking 70mg vyvanse and 20mg non time release adderol for years now. And I definitely still take more pills than prescribed. Yea I like the slight rush I get but in general I have bad anxiety and am out of energy if I don’t take anything. I get paralyzed to do the most simple things without the meds. I can’t help but take more than I’m supposed to, has anyone successfully quit meds and still was able to focus, have motivation, and energy?

Took my first pill of Vyvanse 20 mg this morning. Recently diagnosed. Never been on ADHD meds. What should I expect in terms of effects? Took the pill at 7 am. Its 11 am now. Dont feel anything different. Had a cup of coffee too. Any tips would be much appreciated. What should I watch out for? Trouble sleeping, racing heart, mood changes?

What about positive effects? Do you start seeing effects (increased focus) right away or it takes time?

Does anyone ever misunderstand their managers directions and end up making a 30-min simple task one which is 90 mins and complex? Is this a with stimulants or without issue?

Anyone else burnt out mentally even with meds? I’m sleeping, eating well, working out every day, on a low dose of meds but my motivation is in the trash. Take frequent breaks too. Brain feels tired

How have people in this community found the shift to leadership. In my personal experience I found individual contribution tough but then did much much better as a people / team leader. Is this just me or reflective of the broader group here?
