TMI question but here goes - I eat a high fiber, veggie focused diet. I’ve suspected that I may have IBS surrounding cruciferous vegetables but I ignore it because I enjoy the taste of them and know they’re good for me, even if it causes me a lot of pain, gas, and bloating. The only issue now is I’m finding that I’m constipated way more often… I could definitely stand to drink more water but I’d think with a high fiber diet I wouldn’t have this problem. Is this IBS related? Any advice?

Day 5 of Wellbutrin for ADHD. Already seem to wake up easier and been able to focus a bit more. Really hope to keep seeing improvement and this isn’t a placebo affect so far!

I’ve had enough. I may or may not have ADHD but I damn think so, as well as people I’ve talked to about it. I know I am smart and can accomplish certain things/tasks, but I literally just can’t get my mind to it sometimes. It was bad in college and only got worse since I started working.
