Had an interview with Hexaware and 3 days back HR1 called me and said she will send the offer letter next week. 2 days back HR2 called me and said a client interview is scheduled for you and I attended that. Now if I fail to clear the client interview round, will I not receive the offer letter that is promised by the HR1?

How much time does Capgemini take to release offer? HR called me on last Monday (20th) and I shared all details and had given the online test by Wednesday(22th) day.

Could someone help explain the “Senior Associate” role at BCG? Interviewing as an experienced hire and was told this would be the offer letter if I get an offer.

I have gotten a verbal offer from Facebook, but I just had my phone screen interview with the hiring manager at Amazon yesterday. I want to reach out to the recruiter at Amazon and let them know what the timeline looks like. I would much rather have the Amazon job over the Facebook one. Hello everyone ! I wanted to get your thoughts on how soon is too soon for wanting to resign from a new job? I have a colleague who recently started a new role at a new company and is not pleased as the position it is not aligned with the job description for which they were hired for.

What are the best practices for keeping digital files for HR?

Recently 1 of my clients initiated open PTO policy. The transition from set leave balance to open was smooth process. However we are running into dilemma of how we standardize different types of leaves and whether there will be a limitation to how much open PTO is used at one time. For leisure, we just limit taking two weeks max at one time. However if we have volunteer policy or bereavement policy how should we standardize it? If EE is out for longterm sick, how do we standardize time paid?

I started a new company in August as a recruiter. After a month I was moved into a Talent Acquisition Manager position.
