Anyone working on SAP ChaRM?
That's...a very specific one...haha. Personally, I would answer it the same way BUT maybe give an example of where you did that? They might think it's a bit of a BS thing unless you can show them specifically what you did in the past
In case of follow ups, you just need to connect your answer to your previous answer. GIve them a specific example.
I usually say something about how ambiguity is something I've regularly dealt with in my roles, and how I'm a very resourceful person who loves to learn and research on my own. I then use an example about a time I knew nothing about a subject or project and how I went about finding out the info I needed to succeed.
This answer doesn't always seem to be received well. Sometimes I'll get follow up questions like "well what if you can't find the information, then how to do complete the work?" and then I talk about evaluating off my experiences and the impact of the different options to make decisions.
I get the vibe that I'm not saying what they are looking for still though. Any thoughts on answering these types of questions?
I have ADHD too so I am right there with you.
