Please help!! I have offer from Credit Suisse pune for 13.6 and Cognizant for 12. I am a Qlik sense developer. I am worried whether I will be getting good technical exposure in Credit suisse since it's an IB. I am an BI developer having YOE 3.6. In Credit, I will be working in Payments Control enhancement program section. In my JD in CS, it was written I will be responsible for erroneous payments going out of CS so I am wondering whether it's a support project or shall I join CTS.

I’ve gotten desensitized. I’m aware that I bring value to the plate, and at times, my procedural knowledge is more superior than OC’s, so to me it turns to “it’s what you know,” rather than the American dichotomy of race.

Have always been the only POC (I am East Asian) in my team of 30+ over the past 7 years.
Mentor junior associates, get involved in community organizations so you can mentor younger people deciding on career paths, take on leadership roles at your firm and local bar. Be the best attorney you can be. Except for one client that was basically racist, I more felt that being young and a woman sticks out more to people in those situations than being a POC.
I got over the shock my second year of law school. Now I am used to it.
