i eat small meals/snacks regularly, but i also get low blood sugar. if doesn't work for me.

Small meals throughout the day, but it’s totally personal preference and what works best for your body!
I go IF. Once I’ve broken the seal on eating all bets are off, so best for me to push that further into the day. I also need a large volume of food to feel satisfied, so big meals with IF helps and I generally am not hungry in the AM anyway. Depends on the person for which will be effective.

IF has been an absolute game changer for me. I’ve been slightly overweight my whole life and am in the best shape of my life at age 40 with 4 kids. For whatever reason my body responds really well to IF. During my eating window I eat whatever I want but try to reduce carbs and sweets as much as possible, but I eat pizza, burgers, fries, etc.
IF all the way. I don't mind long periods of hunger but I can't stand not feeling satisfied or still feeling hungry after I eat something, so it's an easy choice.
Very much the same with me, can go very long periods with no food, but if I just have a small sneak I immediately become ravenous and want to eat everything. IF helps me avoid that.
IF 20:4 at least 5 days per week. Usually allow myself a weekend cheat day.
