I reached out to my old ADON to get some information on where we had our vaccinations from and she told me that I should come back and the administrator that I had issues with is gone. Is this something I should even consider? I miss my patients and some of my coworkers and the pay is better, but I don't feel like I would really be welcome to come back.

Case load= malpractice? Small plaintiff’s firm of 25 attorneys. I was a 2 year associate hired and given 50 active files in pre litigation status. 9 mos later a partner quit and I inherited 45 more. I got up to 105 files. Now I hover at 85 active files in varying stages of pre lit. I asked managing partner for help and was told to settle more claims to lessen my load. Is this what people consider negative work culture?

I’ve been working at this company for a year now and they’ve recently gone through a merger with another company. Now there are two sets of C level leadership. Everything is confusing and I feel like employees are being left in the dark. I asked someone in HR for some information as to Wage tables etc and haven’t received a response in over a month. There is no way of telling if this person even works here anymore!
