I know internships are usually free, so if I get an offer from a company for a paid one should I accept the salary no matter what? Or is it normal to negotiate as an intern? I think I'm going to get a psychology internship offer and I know it's paid.

It my first job in clinical trials technology position prior to this I was in dentistry for 32 years and it’s taking me a lot to learn all the ins and outs of data analysis and some of the tech talk.
I’m very grateful to have the position because it took me 2 years to find a job! I just wish I could perform better and know my job a little more intimately.

After 2 years of a pandemic and working independently for many years, I am not feeling interviews AT ALL. There are points in the interview where I want to just say "Look! Either hire me or don't".

For a Workday Data Conversion Lead Role, I have 6 YOE in Workday, 16 YOE in ERP Implementations. Is this fine or over/under? Currently 180k, 20% Bonus, $5k annual bonus. Got an offer for non- tech Campaign & Creative Manager and wondering if its worth it to accept. I feel like I was lowballed & downleveld despite having 6 YOE (relev. but not in tech). Not sure it is smart to leave my current role to get my foot in the door.
