I know investing in 401k is a long term investment but damn, seeing my wealth go down so much in a day is scary....

I hope it stays down through Monday - I upped my 401k contribution % last month and essentially have a triple paycheck coming with my VC/bonus.

That being said, you are correct it is long term. I track my finances very carefully but have intentionally left out my 401k so I don't see daily fluctuations.

Happy Holidays to all. I’m currently in the process of applying for a new role. The particular role is a Program Manager for a local hospital in Boston. What’s a good salary range for this type of role already having 3-5 years of experience in healthcare? Thank you for your time and consideration!

Getting ready for a new life adventure in some other city or country. Have a great house in an extremely desirable city. We should probably rent it, gain a little monthly cash, and let the asset grow even more. But part of me says just sell it while it’s high now, and go forth and not have to worry about renters and things breaking etc. Just move on and buy something when we settle. house is paid for. Thoughts?

What can I say to recruiters that will WOW them or replace the fact I have no degree because that’s what most of these company’s require.

I need advice. I moved into product management under a year ago to a series a b2b startup. The first few months went well, but the last 5 have been chaotic. It feels like we’re becoming more sales led, there are too many pivots (I expected some) our roadmap is becoming influenced by sales/ceo. Essentially, we’re trying to do much. It’s happening so much I’m starting to lose confidence in the company/strategy. It’s also causing me anxiety…
