Change of scenery. Went to work at a friend's condo at Squaw in Tahoe and even though I worked the whole week, SO MUCH BETTER. Similarly, I drove through Napa this past weekend and it was mustard season and so gorgeous. Needed some nature to break out if the monotony where my desk is located!!!

Scheduling time to get out of my “office” every single day. 15 minute walk with my dog, running a short errand, doing a workout....anything to get a change of scenery for a few minutes during the day. I block it into my schedule so I actually do it. It’s been helping so far!
