I just listened to a science podcast that mentioned a super legit (seriously, they were talking about this study just because it was really well-designed) study that suggests saunas help! Try it out and let us know. From: Someone who also feels depressed when it’s too cold.
If you are interested in natural remedies as opposed to taking anti-depressants I know of a great book that might help accelerate the healing process.
This book is a 6-step guide and I think that it could really help. I found a summary of it, so you can implement the 6-steps right away.
Below you will find those 6 steps and a URL that goes into the details of each one of them.
1. Omega-3 supplement
2. Engaging Activity
3. Physical Activity
4. Light Exposure
5. Social Support
6. Sleep Hygiene

The most helpful step would be to get a SAD-light. A medical light that simulates sun exposure. It's approximately 100$ on Amazon.
If you want to know the scientific explanation you can still get the book. It's called "The Depression Cure" and has a lot of positive reviews on Amazon and GoodReads.
H1 thank you for that tip, for real!
Vitamins! D and magnesium 💊
And a trip somewhere warm to look forward to and get some sunshine.
Workouts that you can get for free on YouTube. Popsugar has great ones! Do that first thing in the morning and you’ll be feeling great.
