Considering an exit to a startup that just completed a solid series B. They’re willing to provide competitive comp package and surprised how large the base is for a startup. I am having doubts in my mind regarding a job offer. I have been working for more than 4 years in Accenture and now I am being promoted to analyst level in September. With market correction and promotion, I might get somewhere around 30% increment. However, wipro has given me an offer with around 55% hike on my current salary but on senior associate level only. Should I take that offer or stay at Accenture only?

For the junior associates out there, I’m a 2020 call and am convinced that I’m taking a lot of time while working on deals. I’m also not really sure how my efficiency compares to other associates as I’m the only junior in the group. Working on an e-commerce partnership agreement, company refusing to mutually indemnify. They’re arguing the sentence stating parties are liable for statutory violations is enough; however, they include a longer indemnification for themselves but nothing for us.
What is a good workaround here to get us fully indemnified?
What’s the difference between pay-off letters and UCC-3s? I though pay offs were for accounts, whereas UCC-3 (obviously) are for liens. Partner is asking for both for all liens that popped up in lien searches
