I am having doubts in my mind regarding a job offer. I have been working for more than 4 years in Accenture and now I am being promoted to analyst level in September. With market correction and promotion, I might get somewhere around 30% increment. However, wipro has given me an offer with around 55% hike on my current salary but on senior associate level only. Working on an e-commerce partnership agreement, company refusing to mutually indemnify. They’re arguing the sentence stating parties are liable for statutory violations is enough; however, they include a longer indemnification for themselves but nothing for us.
