I know these are old news but I’m always late to the game. I bought a weighted blanket for my partner who is a very restless, toss ‘n turn, type sleeper with anxiety/over-active mind at bedtime compounding the problem. *And it’s helping! *

I’m not sure what’s psychological vs physiological or both about it, but they are sleeping much more soundly. So pleased about this as it’s been a struggle getting a solid, restful night sleep.

Just sharing in case helpful for someone else.

How do you wash it?

I had mine over a year and I do sweat and hadn’t read what a good way to wash it was so I just threw it away, but putting a duvet over it it is really smart actually. Hadn’t thought of that one!

It’s like being tucked in all the time. Sometimes they’re massively discounted in brick and mortar stores, so I’d recommend that over an online purchase. I picked up a few at 40$ each a month ago!

Any idea if this would help with a child? My 2 year old moves all over the place and I'm worried about his quality of sleep. Obviously it'd be like 2-5 pounds or something, not an adult weight.

I’m having a hard time not fixating on the number on the scale. I think it would help me to understand what others weigh and activity level/body type because my bmi says I’m almost overweight but I don’t think I look like it.
