I know this has been asked 1047 times but I’m so beyond frustrated at this point. I CANNOT find cute maternity clothes. I’ve looked at pink blush, seraphine, H&M, all department stores, asos, target. Literally everywhere. HELP. I need clothes that aren’t just sweatpants that I can wear possibly to work and out of my house.

Just started a new role in finance and I’m the only woman on the team. It’s been 3 weeks and the guys have been pretty unwelcoming and kind of rude. The first day everyone was welcoming but it went downhill since. One of them keeps trying to scare me that the work will get hard etc and there’s always awkward silence and sometimes unnecessary rude remarks. I just started and don’t feel right what should I do.

Anyone here have a selfish sibling who only cares about themselves and sucks up to parents? But treats you like shit? Mine is polite and jovial in front of others, especially my parents, but wouldn't lift a finger if I was dying. As the older one, it pisses me off because I've done so much for them in our younger years but now get treated like crap since he is the baby and the favorite. I had a divorce mediation last week. The client wasn’t thrilled with the results (is anyone after mediation?) but we left with the two things she wanted: the house and her pension. She thanked me. My office sent the bill a few days later, and client wrote my boss a very long, angry email claiming I gave her incompetent representation. My boss backed me 100%, but I haven’t been practicing very long, so it really stung. Anyone have advice on dealing with self doubt in these situations?

Does anyone else get super annoyed at having to provide the same information , documents or research to a partner numerous times? Even copying the assigned secretary doesn’t help because they just regurgitate the request rather than saying “hey she gave this to you already”. Sometimes I respond with massive attitude and then have to rewrite because I need my job…lol.

Is there a corporate way to bring up to senior leaders that an IC is causing issues across multiple teams because they are demanding and also doesn’t collaborate well? The IC gives vague “direction” then says they are too busy to clarify. They also refuse to use our project management/ collaboration tools.

Is it actually safe for my manager to ask me to drive my truck in the winter? I normally wouldn't mind since I've done it before, but this particular guy just told me to "drive slow" instead of providing me with the necessary safety measures to avoid accidents.
