What about a LOA?

Take LOA! The stress of not having a job will also start to take a toll after a couple of months (and it typically takes at least 3 months to get offers, for me it took 6 months end to end to find something I liked)
Yeah. I would try to take a leave of absence. You can do an unpaid one (but if you can find a way to do STD for mental health - that is an option) but still remain on your employer plan, which will save you ~$600-1500 a month depending on what health plan you are in. I think you can do up to 6 months (but check with HR).
Deloitte will just bill you via WageWorks for your regular premium amount (which will be MUCH cheaper than cobra or any aca plan).

I know the major considerations of insurance/financial stability/ the recession but also I barely have time to work on myself physically/mentally/professionally with the current position I have. I’m blessed to be in a decent place financially and I can jump onto an ACA health plan if need be (would love to hear if anyone and experienced that) but I just really need a reset and I feel overwhelmed
