I launched an investment network and am seeing a lot of profile signups started but not being completed. Only 34% of our investor signups are completed. I’m puzzled because it should a super quick 2 minute process and it’s free. Would really appreciate any anyone willing to sign up or explore the process and provide feedback. Maybe we need a whole funnel on that page? Any feedback is appreciated!!

This piqued my curiosity and I clicked on it. I chose “sign up with linked in” and it went to my linked in feed and nothing happened. Maybe you have some sort of technical glitch?
Nope - safari doesn’t trigger linked in authentication. Maybe some oauth issue. Or browser.
Also, there’s gotta be a better flexbox container for that giant LinkedIn button. Or a bootstrap template.

Where are most of your investors dropping off during the registration process?
Email? Password? Business name?
Pretty early. Seems that name is the largest drop off ideally its name, verify on LinkedIn, location, investment amount/type and quick bio.
Also any thoughts on whether the sign up page should just be a pop up on the home page or if it should be a separate page with a funnel? Right now there isn’t a formal “submit for approval button” think we should add?
Couldn’t authenticate on our network? Apparently there is a problem with LinkedIns new app update where verification fails

You’ve probably got a lot of people interested in what the network is about, but not ready to commit to joining immediately.
