We have an employee who continually takes intermittent FMLA. She never fully uses her 480 hours but comes close. Then she renews, year after year. I’ve prepared at least 50 retrospective star stories but without fail, the interviewer always throws a curve ball. As an introvert, I am introspective in my problem solving and struggle to quickly adapt my prepared stories when the interviewer is being intentionally ambiguous.
