I left biglaw in December to join a boutique and am really regretting it— I hated my old firm but do I have other options?

I’m starting to get bored at my current firm. I’ve been with them for about 1 and a half years. Is it too early to start looking for a new place? Or should I at least stay here for about 2-3 years?

I’m switching from litigation to transactional. Any resources you guys use or advice to give? Feel like I’m in way over my head.

My workout was shorter than I wanted, but did treadmill and triceps.

I’m in a specialist group with only a few other associates in my office. I know for a fact I outperform (and outbill) at least one of them, and the others are at different levels than I am so different metrics. I feel like the partner in my office gives me a way harder time on things than other associates not in my office and I’m held to a way higher standard than the others.
