I left consulting as a Manager in strategy and now am in corporate strategy in industry. Given the hiring spree, I am thinking of moving to MBB but have only been in this new role for a few months. Would MBB consider me?

Deloitte reached out on LinkedIn for an advisory principle/md opportunity in Jan/feb. spoke with the recruiter and was ghosted - figured it was dead and didn’t follow up as I’m pretty happy in my role. Now a new internal Deloitte exec recruiter contacted me to follow up…6 months after being ghosted. Any thoughts on partner/principle recruitment process at Deloitte? Is Deloitte wasting my time? Currently, in accenture. I have had very bad billable hours and not much achievement this fiscal year. I am worried of getting fired, so i applied for another job. Got offered may be 5% above my current pay with 5k bonus, but in lower level at Deloitte. I think working lower level will give me more opportunities to learn as i think i have lot to learn. I made decision based on my gut and accepted the offer. I have not talked to anyone on accenture side yet. What you think?

Received offer from BCG for ECT AD role. Read numerous comments about ECT being not attractive compared to Generalists track. Also heard challenges about billability/utilization. Any views/guidance is appreciated.

Background - I am not super keen to become an equity partner and comfortable to stay on ECT track. Main reason to join will be opportunity to work with different clients, smart talented people and good brand. I may consider going back to industry after 3-5 years in ECT.
