In KPMG I will work with partner where as in saama I will work with project/program manager. Please suggest your opinion. Saama KPMG KPMG India

I say go for senior
100% go for senior. My class got promoted to senior with after 1.5 years, so…you’re much closer to a manager than a staff with your experience
Apply for an experienced staff position and if you should have been a senior then you'll get promoted quickly, otherwise if you aren't ready to be a senior and go for the senior role, your performance won't be up to par and it'll look really bad. At least, that's how I feel and how the PCS team I'm a part of functions. We're also looking for people at every level as we've been growing exponentially the last 3 years.
That's what I'm thinking too. No doubt I'll be able to get promoted quickly. I was just hoping I could get that senior pay. Lol.
Why do you want to leave industry? I plan on getting out of PA soon
I have career goals that I can't meet in my current industry position. Deep down I knew leaving PA wasn't going to be a good for for me but I didn't know how to handle the stress; that was my primary reason for leaving. I feel like I can manage it now. My industry job could be interesting but I just don't care to be good at it. It's too specialized and its limiting my options.
OP: apply for a senior position. Let me know if you need help getting into EY PCS group. Fell free to DM me.
