Currently at Vanguard working as part of their rotational program done a lot of networking internally and am going to the floor for my last rotational. Lately however I’ve been unsure and doubting my career here. I’m in my second year and I really want to switch to IR/Product specialist work in PE but I have no idea how to start…..do I network, do I apply on LinkedIn, how do I structure these rotations, how do I prep?
