I am currently being hired for nightshift. Are there any chances for getting day shift or mid shift?
Or are there any chances to get a change in shift after getting on boarded?

I have an offer in the product team of Publicis Sapient and Dell with almost same package. Which one is better in terms of WLB, learning and hike ?

Something bothers me and can’t tell anyone because I am ashamed. I am really good at anything yo do with problems solving skills, finding different strategies not only to solve issues in my life but mainly work. For those who successfully got employment based greencard sponsorship, how much time did you have left on your H1b when the employer told you that they would sponsor?
