I have 2 offer for devops PWC India - 10.5 LPA , Mindtree - 15 LPA
Having 7.5 YOE in cloud Admin/ devops . Tcs is offering promotion to retain me. But nothing is in paper and asking me to wait till october for revised comp letter. I have asked them to provide it within my notice period which end in september. Reason for switching is exploring devops area more as I was working as admin mostly in support role also need hike to suport my family with fair Worklifebalnc? what should I do?

How should I navigate questions about my career change and quitting my job?

I am preparing to apply for jobs. I quit my job in 12/2020 due to instability (they cut my pay and hours to part-time and a layoff was impending) and worked as a trainer. Any tips on asking for a raise? I’ve recently taken calls with several recruiters and discovered that I’m likely underpaid by about 15%. I just got an 8% raise and I got the highest performance rating two years in a row so I think I’m in a good position to ask. I work for a large company, 300k employees and have about 27-28% left until I hit the max range for my role)

How many hours a week are you working? I’m generally clocking about 50-60 and I’m exhausted. I’m busy, but it’s mostly because no one I work with has any boundaries.
