I literally had a PPMD tell me it was okay for an SM to degrade me...how do you even react to this? Leave the company? Seems like this may not be the place for me after 5 1/2 years...

Biggest Pet peeve: when I tell the partner there isn’t anything on the issue he wants me to research (after 4 hours of looking) and they tell me to try something else that I thought to search for 3 hours ago. Treat me like an adult and if I say it’s not there, it’s not there.

A friend of mine quit before 3 years of bond period but she did not sign any bond during her induction. But now they are not giving her experience letter and they have sent a notice. When asked for the bond agreement, the company is not sending her that(which is because they dont have any bond agreement with her signature on it). They are demanding 5L which is not at all worth it. So, how can she tackle this situation. Any advice appreciated.

I work for a toxic company that doesn't seem to want to promote anyone on the legacy product or women in general. I haven't gotten a title change in years but I do the work of a Sr. Manager. None of us on legacy are allowed to start work on the new system which means everyone gets promoted around us. A previous employer reached out and offered me a Senior Product Designer role with a 40% increase base salary. I am considering this, as I have been feeling under utilized at my current role + dealing with of uncertainty lately. But I would be forfeiting a lot of RSUs if I leave. I am in the middle of my vesting period (2/4 yrs), and this year alone would have 256 shares vesting (~$500 share price). The new role will come with shares, but at a small share price. Anyone had similar experience?
