Cut the coffee and the carbs, and target 25-40 grams of protien a meal, and you will feel a real difference. Here is my go to diet:
Breakfast: cheese and vegetable omlete. No breads. Water only.
Lunch: salad with some kind of meat. Usually chicken, eggs, cheese. No dressing, no breads. Southwestern cobb salad is ny favorite. Water only.
Dinner: steak (plain with black pepper) and grilled veggies and salad. Water only. Eat dinner no less than 4 hours before bedtime.
Try to target 1 - 2 gallons of water a day.

I like how you have lots of sugars and then your conscience kicks in and you choose a sugar free coffee hahah like what’s the point when you are already 1000% sugar already
I drink more calories in alcohol than I eat 🤷♀️ you’re ahead of the curve.
