OP, the first thing is to be kind to yourself.
Second, resting helps. (I had done the same as you a long time back. Kept myself too busy with office work)
Take a day or 2 off. Sleep, eat well, disconnect from other things for a while. Go for a long walk, sit in a park with coffee, may be take a book along if you like reading.
Declutter or reorganize your space, that helps sometimes in feeling better.
If not family, are you able to reach out to a close friend or acquaintance who will listen to you. Being heard to, also helps

Have you used your COVID or sick days? Maybe a mental health day could help!
I’m sorry you feel this way though. 2020 has been tough!

This. 👆I’m feeling the same way and I’m taking the day off tomorrow. I’m taking care of one personal thing and then making it completely unstructured. We’re all running from meeting to meeting. Structure is good but we all need a break. Take it before you break down. Hugs 🤗
Sending hugs. You are not alone 🤗
