Nothing you can do. This is city life. You'll either have to hoof it to the office, or get some co-working space for yourself to get away from the noise.
After you live in NYC long enough you stop noticing jackhammers and chain saws.

The jackhammer is <50 feet from my window - it’s hard not to notice. Understand that it looks like nothing can be done though.

The lease goes until September - I didn’t know about the construction until it started.

There is typically a rider as part of the lease agreement that says the landlord is not liable for noise and/or inconvenience due to construction nearby. However you can ask your landlord if you wish to move out and term the lease earlier
