I live in Chicago & love my Michael Kors long black puffer coat. Sure not as warm as Canada goose but a 1/10th of the price and much more portable for any travel.
Honestly I’ve heard good things about uniqlo coats but have never tried personally
I have a UNIQLO puffer coat. The seamless one. Great price, love the hood, it’s warm enough for below-zero—just layer underneath. Super affordable and looks good
You can get an Eddie Bauer on sale for much less than Canadian Goose. Unless you visit the Midwest monthly in the winter that’s a lot of money to hang in your closet
