Don't call it a cheat meal. Call it a bonus meal or something that doesn't have the negative connotation behind it.
It sounds like this is a mental thing more than anything. Seems like the best way to address it is adjusting how you think about your cheat meal so it doesn’t lead to guilt. Apart from that, maybe try portion controlling your cheat meal so you still enjoy the meal but don’t consume as many calories. Another option would be to only have a cheat meal every other week to space it out more and see how you feel. If you gradually space your cheat meal out over longer periods of time eventually you may be able to phase it out altogether.
