I have gone through this Phase. Start going Gym. Lift heavy weights and follow good diet. Trust me. You will see results in 2.5 to 3 months.
Seeing results will make you more confident to go extra miles. Just give yourself 3 months and be consistent. All the best.
I used to have cornflakes/banana/muesli before gym and ate sprouts and proteinnpowder as well. There was no fixed diet plan but i triwd eating these. Not sure if it was because I was birning more that what i ate.

U cant satisfy the society... if u r lean they will laugh at u. If u r fat, the same. If u r fit, they say y itna muscle not looking nice. If u gain mass, try for muscle it will b good. So its not about them bullying, u have to accept being urself. U have tot do things which makes u happy. If u go to gym jus for the sake that the people bullying u, its not worth it. U live ur life worthy, they wont live on behalf of u.. enjoy buddy

It is a metabolism issue. In my 20-28 I was in same phase though people say I am good looking hence I don't bother much. I had multiple relationships and both are great. Now I am 31 and happily married. Now my weight automatically increases to 70

Stay like that bro. Easy to gain weight. Hard to lose.
Brother, I know you've heard this from everyone already, but to put it simply: Eat, lift, and rest.
Eat 5 times a day, food that is rich with carbs and protein.
Try not to be too self conscious and practice gratitude.
You know people with obesity would kill to be weightless, since being weightless at least has no heart, blood-pressure and cholesterol implications.

I was 107kg at 29 then suddenly diagnosed with fatty liver stage 3 . Started gym and reduced my weight to 84 in 5 months..
So start gym and good diet .. surely you can do better, you are only 22.

Hire a dietician
Gym(4-5 days/week) and Muscle Mass Gainer(With high calorie)
Track your calories(3500-4000 per day) and you’ll gain fast. Don’t take whey or protein, it won’t help that much, you need carbs and calories. And drink atleast 3 L water per day.
For me 2 samosas for a day worked and Little exercise (lifting). Gained 5 kg in like 45 days (51 to 56)
