Things that helped me to increase the women's level of interest-
- Dress in clothes that fit: makes a ton of difference. Follow a few influencers on Instagram if you need help with styling
- good haircut : spend some 💵 on a good hairdresser
- stop giving a fuck and caring about everything. Except for your career. Work your ass off and get a career with a fancy title and money
- be good at listening. Women love to talk and appreciate a good listener

My wife and I are working on preparing a good down payment for a home in a couple of years. Right now I have been maxing out 401k and Roth IRA, but considering to reduce those contributions in order to build up for a down payment. Currently own a townhome, and this approach would allow me to rent out my current place instead of using the equity for a partial down payment. Is sacrificing the retirement accounts for a couple of years worth it? I think so, but would like to hear other ideas.

Why is trump comparing the outcome to polls. Polls are what they are especially if many are not being polled or are not saying the truth.

My take fwiw - I feel like a lot of people and media are overestimating Trump coz of PTSD from 2016. Unless something changes massively, this dude is headed for a landslide loss. If you are polling even as a Republican in Georgia/Texas/Ohio/Iowa, I don’t think you can come back.
