Good presentation matters

Hi everyone, I have a query related to CTC break-up offered for SDE 2 role at companies like Amazon, Paypal, etc. I can see on internet that it's upto 35 to 40 LPA. But I want to know what's the fixed, variable and share part in this CTC to get an idea of in-hand salary.
Overall idea to get a clue on how much fixed CTC should a SDE 2 get in a product based company.
This could be helpful in general for anyone applying in any company for a position like SDE 2, to get competitive in hand salary.

Dog 🐶 or teddy bear 🧸?

Is this fine?

PSA for dog owners with Amazon Prime: Amazon are currently doing a £10/$12 'Sample Box' full of doggy food & treats - and after it's delivered you get the price refunded as credit for further pet spending. Mine arrived yesterday and it's fabulous! (UK link: https://www.amazon.co.uk/dp/B073ZJ7KN5/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_kBHUzb3YVMC63)
Did somebody say walk break?

My day is now complete 😍😍😍❤❤❤

I suggest looking at volunteering at your local humane society / animal shelter by playing with or walking dogs. That could be a good way to get your dog fix and also really benefits the dogs.
^Piggybacking on this. LOTS of rescues are desperate for people who are willing to be a weekend foster home for dogs. You take the dog home for a weekend and bring it back to the rescue.
These dogs often need some 1 on 1 attention and love.
I actually just got a newsletter from the rescue where I got my dog. There’s a whole page devoted to their weekend foster program highlighting the benefits and asking for more volunteers.
It says that dogs who are fostered over the weekend come back calmer, better behaved and more social. Dogs newly arrived to the rescue are sometimes getting their first decent sleep and human bonding time. Fostered dogs are more likely to be adopted and help reduce strain on the shelter and its volunteers.
D1, this is the first I’ve heard of short-term weekend fostering. Such a great idea to give the dogs a much needed break. For those interested, here’s a nice article touching on the merits of fostering a dog, even if it is for a short duration

These are great suggestions. Gives me a hope. I will start from weekend foster home option ♥
Saving Grace rescue in Raleigh
We both travel, so our dog stays with her parents while we are gone. It’s good that it keeps them busy, but bad that we both miss him terribly. A dog can be a lot of work, especially if you are young and don’t have a back up plan. Kenneling is expensive as well. Those costs can add up to over a grand.
I travel every week. And don't have family close by. The cost add up! But one of my two fur babies (both rescues) is 12. I could never rehome them.
And I second the volunteering route, you get pups to love on and no high vet or sitter bills!
Deloitte1, which place is this?
But I know many other rescues do this as well
I just looked into my city’s foster program, and they actually find a sitter for you if you travel on business! I’m sure this wouldn’t work if you traveled M-Th every week, but maybe for those who travel more rarely.
Unfortunately, I travel Mon - Thu :(
Same, OP. I wish I knew other consultants’ dogs in my client city, so I could give their dogs extra lovin’ all week!
