No one cares but you. Just pull in the big bucks and enjoy a healthy wlb in meantime (or whatever else you like about your new job).
In my experience, you’ll get way more exposure at a startup.
I went to a consulting company of 10 people prior to PwC. While there I got to manage 2-3 ppl, I sold a $1M project, I got to find an office for us to lease, all while 3yrs into my career.
No chance a big company would have given me that experience.

It's about the experience and work you do there. If you are doing exciting tasks and projects that you are excited about, that will come through in future interviews. That will get you further than a large company doing the same task 30 times a month.

In marketing, it worked well as a brand name. Maybe in other functions it wasn’t.
Marketing for a startup is way more impactful than marketing for a big brand. You’ll probably get to take on the whole brand. That is super important to a startup. Will you help me market my business?
