My immediate director and manager both continuously spell my name wrong. I’m only an associate, but I think I deserve enough respect to have my name spelt right? How do you correct someone on this without sounding rude? Am I overreacting?

Applied for a role as a director of sales with a medical company and got past initial screening and interviewed quite well with VP of sales. He stated he will tell recruiter to reach out and set up 2nd interview. Although within holiday week they stated they're looking to fill void asap. Has been over a week and still no email/phone call follow up by company recruiter. Kind of a cause of concern some might say a lil unprofessional to not hear any communication whether nay of yay.

Can a company legally change my position and OTE? I was hired for a specific segment and now just weeks into the role they said they are moving me down a segment due to business needs. The salary is the same but the commission went down. Wether legal or not this is fucking insane.

But that is causing slow response times to clients, and causing issues for burnout of the team.
