Looking for advice… we have a high maintenance VP in our organization (not HR), and he is also a micromanager to his entire team and me. He is always asking me to break my process for him, and Do for 2 things and now he’s asking for more. Moms - does this sound like adhd? If it does, can you help me understand what the adhd diagnosis process looks like and if all adhd cases involve medication? What other treatment options are available? I mean to ask the pediatrician on the next visit, but wanted to understand better in the meantime. My kindergartener was diagnosed with autism when she was 2-3yo. She’s quite high functioning however. In the past 6 months, I have noticed some behaviors I suspect might be adhd (more in comments)
