2 months left on a project - how do you tell your manager in the best way possible (without giving you a bad rating) that you would rather jump off a building than to extend (mgr loves me btw)....

Cap markets people -What to look for / comments to make when reviewing an indemnification provision of a purchase agreement/dealer manager agreement/consent solicitation agreement? (Client’s counsel)
Always have to review these and try to use precedents to guide me, but often the precedents are different formats/structure so makes it difficult to know what I’m looking for.
Need honest advice. Been on a project for 2 years as a sub to Consulting firm X. Team lead is from consulting firm X. New member from consulting firm X comes in couple weeks ago. New member plays similar role as me. Team lead rolls off project and replaces new member as team lead. Is it wrong to feel like I should have that role? I’ve often been seen as the co-lead to this project & often times leading the team together but now I feel like I am not good enough... CONT.
I work client side and had a woman in my team just put in her notice because she got an offer from another company for much more than she’s making here. Is $60k for a fully remote mid-level (3-5yrs exp) design position reasonable? If I rehire at the same salary will I get someone who will feel underpaid? It’s a state org so the benefits are amazing - but I don’t want to find myself in a situation where someone feels under valued from day 1. Thoughts, creative fishies?
Seeking a referral for Deloitte at analyst level as a Federal Project Analyst 🙏🏽 Deloitte
Just started a new project as an analyst and have not been given hardly any training or work to do. Been on the account for a month, but have only had necessary system access for about a week. Any advice for how to get plugged in other than sending “let me know how I can help today” pings? My team only meets once a week and seems very formal.

I had an email for a SA role in the Capital Project Services team at PwC UK inviting me for a screening call and asking for salary expectations. I gave a range (£70-75k)and made clear that the salary was negotiable. Got a reply back by the recruiter saying my application was rejected, but the portal says candidate withdrew. Is this normal - I'm a little annoyed that it would be rejected for this reason when I was clear about negotiating?
Me waiting hours for a simple query to run on client’s overloaded servers due to Covid planning

I don’t like this manager on this project and I can’t stay here unless he changes his management style. and considering the firm sold out situation, if I roll off, will I be in trouble

How can I prepare myself so that I can join Salesforce after 1.5-2 years. Would love to know your thoughts and tips on this.
Purely asking for fun… what’s the most $$ you have ever heard someone making at a recruiting agency in a year
EY doesn’t do 401K matchings until 1 year of service? Read that from the fidelity welcome brochure, is this accurate?
Any thoughts on the Celine Box small bag? I’ve been eyeing it for a while, but just don’t know if this bag is worth it. I heard that the leather gets scratched so easily. Your input is much appreciated.
I’m an introvert in strategy consulting, working in US, born in India. I find it difficult to host client meetings - how to drive conversation, fill in the pauses, and help drive the group move towards next steps consensus. It’s not that I don’t know how, it’s that I doubt myself, and my language skills. I see some other SC/Ms just repeating what others said, and just talking too much of what’s already known - and they are appreciated. How do I reach a stage where I am able to do this better?
