I love worked in tech my whole life so have a great resume, I’m moving to the USA in the next few months, I don’t have a university degree. Am I screwed or are tech companies in the US less concerned about degrees and will factor experience more?

My company has always had SalesForce but it was not really a tool that we used or that anyone looked at. Over the last year my company has put more stress on growth (to be acquired or IPO) and they are now obsessed. I know it is important and necessary and my boss is clearly becoming stressed with our entire team. But I find it extremely hard to keep as up to date and in line with they new expectations, anyone have any advice on how they stay motivated with SalesForce? Thanks!

I am looking to get into Project Management for homes/commercial. I am young but have many years of management experience already. I need to get my foot in the door and learn the ropes to attain my goal of project manager one day but am having a hard time knowing what careers/companies are out as a stepping stone to get into this industry.
