I made a career pivot and now in search of a job as a product designer. I’ve been getting phone screenings but many tell me I don’t have enough years of experience.

I feel discouraged. I wish someone would just give me a chance. I will give me 110%!!

When looking for jobs to apply to, what is your post date limit? I've only been looking at jobs posted no more than a week ago. Is that too short?

A partner sometimes cuts my time for review and study of medical records. He’s practiced for years and easily comprehends the language but sometimes I wonder if his expectations are reasonable. Is there a generally accepted amount of time one should spend reviewing records, like say x amount of pages per hour?
