She’s convinced I cannot take my portion in kind if we could not settle on the value and I don’t want to be forced to sell my half to Husband at whatever valuation expert provides today (RSUs and stock options are under Husband’s name). If they low ball I rather take the risk and take them in kind. Any advice would be helpful.

Amex corporate green card or CSR?
