I made a calculation mistake in my cost analysis in my Deloitte partner case interview for new grad 2023 position. Another thing that bothers me was when they asked my approach I gave a pretty detailed answer and one of the interviewers was satisfied but the second didn’t get it and asked me to explain it thrice and some to and fro talk was there. Rest of it was pretty good and I nailed the implementation part and behavioural for sure. Do you guys think I still have a chance? Deloitte

I’ve been working in public accounting (audit) for a year and I don’t enjoy the work and don’t see myself in this position for much longer. I’ve been thinking about going into marketing but stuck on how to get started. I got a an offer from a US company, who processed by I-797 pre-approval via I-129 premium processing. Although I-797 is already valid (valid from is in the past), attorney is telling me to enter US just 10 days before start date. Is it 10 calendar days or business days? Also, wondering how did you guys handle notice period ? Did you resign after going to US?
