My CCTC:10.5 LPA

I have offer with EY 17.6 LPA and Testyantra with 20 LPA (offer in pipeline and will be released on DOJ).

How much can I ask as ECTC in EPAM offer interview. Please guide me.

I applied for job 6 months back and my technical interview and everything was cleared.. Accenture process is too slow that again I have to appear for Technical interview instead of HR round.. Interviewer was not interested in taking my interview.. First she rescheduled the interview then she finished my interview in just 20 minutes without even investing proper time.. My interview went well still my candidature is rejected.. I feel like I was interviewed again so that they can reject me..

I have 3 YOE. Completed BCA & MBA - Marketing (Sinhgad College). My current role is client partner where certain account are given me for cross sales. I'm working in Fintech industry and all my accounts are Banks/ NBFC.

My current CTC is 4.5 LPA. My expectations are 10 lpa because I have seen people in my company earning 12-14 with 3-4 YOE (sales, strategy team)

Just wanted to know are my expectations high? As market is hot I have people switching from 4 to 20 also.

UX/Product designers at large companies, what has your experience been like? I work for a mid-sized company but it’s a lot bigger than my previous companies. I feel like everything I work on has to go through so many different people and by the time it’s finalized I feel like the design doesn’t even feel like mine anymore. People also seem to overthink every little design decision which causes things to move so slowly. Do you guys have the same experience at a large company?

How long did it take you to become effortless at Figma? I am trying to tackle the advanced sections in 15 days. I am really great graphic ui design with Figma. I know how to make auto-layouts such as structuring, responsive text boxes and buttons and constraints on grids and columns. I also understand basic variants and I can follow Figma enough to work to tutorials. My process of using the meat (auto layout and variants) of Figma isn’t effortless as I’d like. Is this doable? 15-30 days?

I’m currently doing a bootcamp to pivot from Marketing to becoming a UX/UI designer and I am anxious to just *be* proficient at using Figma. I know it’s the industry standard, but I don’t feel like I know how to use it at all since it’s such a new program to me and I don’t know where to really start to learn how to be an expert. Healthy design discussions with developers vs. open season on the designers. Last month with one dev team it felt like open season, they argued with most of my decisions and the spirit seemed to be they wanted to design the app. Other teams I have worked with there was a lot of collaboration, what was technically feasible in the allotted time, or someone had solved a problem differently in another context.
