Can someone help me out with my 401k contributions.
26 years old, make 187k base. For the past 3 years, I have maxed my 401k and was contributing 10% to traditional and 10% to Roth. I have about 125k in my 401k account, am down about 20% but I don’t really care/know it will correct it’s self. Im in no target funds all index/mutual funds.
How should I reallocate my percentages to traditional and Roth? Should I ONLY do Roth and not traditional? Does my company match on Roth or only traditional

Anybody have a mortgage provider they like?
For those 🐠 🐟 who are always eager to save more … think about cell phone / voip/internet/ cable bills , service quality . If you are not happy with your provider for any reason , file a complaint with FCC … it works like a charm . You will get better deals and save $$.

It's not easy here ☹️ hang in there!
I don't know how many Canadians we have here, so can only provide general advice - if just simply living expenses are eating up all your wages, then you either live with roommates/as cheaply as you can to ramp up savings, or focus on increasing your income either through finding side hustles/building up real skills at work.
I am living with roommates. Actively looking for a side hustle but so far haven’t found anything
