What is typical comp for an AD in big pharma in a commercial strategy role? Currently at 230k+20% in consulting, trying to gauge if pay would go up down or stay the same if I jumped to a client role. I think of my AD clients as junior to me but I realize I may have had some misconceptions about comp level on the client side

Earlier before pandemic the salary on an average was YOE x 2.5 means
5 yoe was 12.5 lacs appx and so on

Now it has just got increased by factor of 3 or 3.25 i.e. 8 year of work ex 8x3 = 24 -27 lacs

What do you think has led to this shift?

P.S : This is just a generalised observation. If you have different notion, it may be some availability bias.

UK specific query - If my company cannot find me clients/work and want to dismiss me because they are unable to find work for me at no fault of my own do they have to provide a severance package?
UK law says it’s easy to dismiss employees with less than 2 years service but it’s a big grey area. Anyone got any experience with this?

I have received an offer from KPMG Global Services, HR said there will be 10-20% yearly bonus apart from fixed CTC. But % numbers are not mentioned in the offer letter, Just they mentioned it as " You will be eligible for Performance bonus as per the company policy".

When I checked with HR for bonus % is not mentioned in the offer letter, she said... its not mentioned for everyone. 10-20% is common across all employees.

Is this okay ? OR anyone have their bonus % in the offer

Shout out to the ECDs who tell you to build a deck in any format as there is no template. So you choose Google Slides, not because you love it, but you want it to be universal.

Then a few days later they send you the Planner’s version, or worse, their own version in any other format (Keynote or PowerPoint usually) and tell you to redo all 47 of your slides to fit the new layout.
