Does anyone else feel the need to agree with counsel for other parties in cases where there are dozens of parties? Or when there are many attorneys attending a deposition, the need to limit your questions to make time for everyone? I’m young and it seems like I feel that pressure more than other senior attorneys in cases, and I wonder if I should adopt their mindset.
